No-tank-drop install for the legendary 12-valve. The FASS NDTSD10180F140G pairs a Titanium Signature Series 140GPH/45 PSI fuel system with a FASS return-style sump so you can plumb the draw/return without removing the tank. It de-aerates fuel, filters to 2-micron absolute (with current XWS/PF filters), and reliably supports stock–700 HP builds.

No—this No-Drop kit includes a return-style sump so you can plumb draw and return through a single-hole sump bowl.
What filters should I use?
Use the current pair: PF3001 (particulate) on the suction side and XWS3002 (water separator) on the pressure side. XL options are available for extended intervals.
How much power will it support?
Properly set up, this configuration supports stock to ~700 HP 12-valve builds.
Can I add heaters for winter?
Yes. The Titanium Signature head is heater-ready; use the HK1001 heater kit.
