Maximum-flow No-Drop fuel system for high-horsepower 5.9L Cummins builds. FASS NDTSD08290G pairs a 290 GPH Titanium Signature Series pump with the SK5501 sump so you don’t have to drop the tank. It’s engineered for aggressive 24-valve Cummins setups (1200–1500 HP) that demand serious fueling, air/water separation, and 2-micron absolute filtration.

Do I have to drop the tank?
No. The included SK5501 sump allows a clean, fast install without dropping the tank.
How much power will this support?
This setup is designed for aggressive builds in the ~1200–1500 HP range when the overall fuel system is configured correctly.
What filters does it use?
Use PF3001 (or PF3001XL) and XWS3002 (or XWS-3002-XL).
Is a heater required in winter?
Not required, but recommended in extreme cold. The pump is heater-ready—add the HK1001 or run dual heaters with HKS1001.
