Plug-and-play No-Drop fuel system for 2005–2018 & 2021–2023 RAM Cummins 5.9L/6.7L. The FASS NDTSD07100G bundles a Titanium Signature Series 100GPH lift pump (TSD07100G) with a FASS fuel sump so you don’t have to drop the tank. Expect cleaner fuel, quieter operation, easier cold starts (heater-ready), and reliable support for stock–600 HP builds.

Do I need to drop the tank to install this?
No. This No-Drop kit includes a FASS sump (SK5501) so the tank can stay in place while you plumb the system—faster, cleaner install.
What horsepower range does this support?
This configuration supports stock to ~600 HP Cummins builds when properly set up.
Which filters does this system use?
Use the PF3001 particulate filter and XWS3002 water separator (or their XL equivalents on extended-length setups).
Should I add a heater for winter starts?
In very cold climates, add the HK1001 electric heater; the pump is heater-ready.
