Upgrade your 2015–2016 GM/Chevy Duramax 6.6L (LML) with the FASS No Drop Series Diesel Fuel System (NDTSC12100G). This kit combines a 100 GPH Titanium Signature Series lift pump with a FASS sump to simplify installation (no tank drop), deliver consistent fuel supply, strip entrained air/vapor, and polish fuel to protect expensive injection components. Designed for stock–600 HP builds, it’s a smart reliability upgrade for towing, work, and daily use.

Do I have to drop the fuel tank to install this kit?
No. The included FASS sump eliminates the need to drop the tank, saving time and making driveway installs much easier.

Which filters does this system use?
Use the current two-filter strategy: PF3001 particulate (suction side) and XWS3002 water separator (pressure side). XL long-life options are available.

Will this support future power upgrades?
Yes up to about 600 HP. For larger injectors/tuning or heavy performance, step up to the 165 GPH kit: NDTSC12165G.

Is there a heater for cold climates?
Yes. Add the plug-in FASS HK1001 Electric Heater Kit to help prevent gelling and improve cold starts.

Can I remove the factory engine-bay filter when running this system?
Yes—use the FASS DFD4000 Filter Delete to clean up the engine bay and reduce service costs.
