FASS INDUIM250G INDUSTRIAL SERIES DIESEL FUEL SYSTEM CLASS 8 SEMI 250GPH UIM

The FASS INDUIM250G Industrial Series delivers 250 GPH at a preset 16–18 PSI for Class 8 semi and heavy industrial applications using Unit Injected Mechanical (UIM) fuel systems. It combines FASS’s proven air/vapor separation with 2-micron absolute filtration to protect injectors, improve cold starts, smooth idle, and reduce emissions—backed by a 1 million mile / 5-year warranty.

Fitment & System Notes

• Application: Class 8 / Industrial diesel with UIM (Unit Injected Mechanical) fuel systems.
• Flow / Pressure: 250 GPH @ 16–18 PSI (preset).
• Filtration: 2-micron absolute; removes air/vapor and water to extend injector life.
• Filter pairing: Compatible with the current XWS/PF strategy — XWS3002 Extreme Water Separator (pressure side) and PF3001 Particulate Filter (suction side).
• Mounting: Universal Industrial Mount (UIM) for versatile Class 8 installs.
