Product Description
FASS DMAX7001 Diesel Fuel System Flow Enhancer – 2001–2010 GM 6.6L Duramax (LB7/LLY/LBZ/LMM)
The FASS DMAX7001 Dura-Max Flow Enhancer supplies your 6.6L Duramax with a steady 8–10 PSI of positive fuel pressure at up to 120 GPH. By pushing fuel to the CP3 under pressure (instead of the factory vacuum), it reduces aeration and vapor, lightens the CP3’s workload, and stabilizes rail pressure for cleaner combustion, improved drivability, and longer component life.
- Delivers fuel under pressure (not vacuum) to protect the CP3
- Up to 120 GPH flow; preset 8–10 PSI for OE-friendly operation
- Budget-minded upgrade ideal for stock and lightly modified trucks
- Straightforward install with vehicle-specific hardware
- Compatible with factory filtration (consider Titanium Series for full filtration/air separation)

FAQs
Will the DMAX7001 replace my factory fuel filter? No. The Flow Enhancer pressurizes and improves delivery but does not replace factory filtration. For full filtration and air/vapor separation, consider a Titanium Signature Series Plus system.
How much pressure does it supply?
It’s preset for approximately 8–10 PSI at up to 120 GPH—ideal for stock CP3 operation on 2001–2010 Duramax platforms.
Do I need custom tuning after installation?
No tuning is required. The DMAX7001 is designed to support stock and lightly modified trucks by stabilizing inlet pressure to the CP3.
What’s the difference between the Flow Enhancer and Titanium Signature Series?
The Flow Enhancer adds pressure and flow only. Titanium Signature Series systems add high-efficiency filtration and air/vapor separation and are recommended for higher-power builds or harsh duty cycles.
