Do I need this adapter for the 98203 CTS3 camera kit?

No. The 98203 kit already includes its own RCA-to-USB adapter. The 98107 is mainly used for customers adapting third-party RCA cameras or converting older camera kits to CTS3.

Will this adapter work with any RCA backup camera?

Yes. As long as the camera uses a standard RCA video output, the 98107 will convert it for use with CTS3, T2, and Dashpaq+ devices.

Is this adapter required for CTS2 or older devices?

No. CTS2 and earlier platforms used a different camera input system and do not require this USB-style adapter.
