DIAMOND EYE K4122A-RP is a 4.0" aluminized steel cat-back exhaust for 2006–2007.5 Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500HD-3500HD 6.6L Duramax (LBZ, classic body). It’s a single side exit, no-muffler system designed for freer flow, lower EGTs, and an aggressive tone while retaining the catalytic converter location.

Yes—fits 2006–early 2007 (2007.5 classic body) 6.6L Duramax 2500/3500, all cab & bed lengths. Not for 2007.5+ “new body” LMM trucks. Always match by model year and body style.
