DIAMOND EYE K4122A is a 4.0" aluminized cat-back single-side exhaust built for 2006 and early-2007 (classic body) Chevy/GMC Silverado/Sierra 2500/3500 6.6L Duramax (LBZ). It replaces the stock cat-back with free-flowing mandrel bends and a mellow-tone muffler to drop backpressure, help EGT control, and sharpen throttle response.
