This is the genuine Cummins OEM fuel drain / return tube — part # 3945707 — designed specifically for 1998.5-2002 5.9L 24-valve (VP44) Dodge Ram 2500/3500 trucks. Includes the factory grommet seal and nut for a direct-fit installation. Banjo sealing washers (14 mm) are sold separately. This direct-fit line restores proper fuel return routing from the VP44 injection pump to the tee fitting, ensuring leak-free, OEM-spec performance and durability under heavy diesel use. Use on VP44-equipped trucks only — not compatible with common-rail systems introduced after 2002.
