The CNC Fabrication 425001 In-Line Transmission Filter By-Pass Manifold is designed for 2005-2007 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke trucks that have already been upgraded with the Ford Job 2 5R110W transmission pan and filter found on 2008.5-2010 6.4L Power Stroke applications. This billet aluminum by-pass manifold eliminates the problematic factory 6.0L in-line transmission filter housing while allowing the upgraded 6.4L transmission pan filter setup to handle fluid filtration properly.
The factory 6.0L in-line transmission filter housing is known for becoming difficult to remove due to corrosion and seized threads. In many cases, the hex casting on the bottom of the housing can break off during service, requiring more aggressive removal methods that may damage or crack the filter bowl. CNC Fabrication's 425001 by-pass manifold provides a clean, durable solution for trucks using the later-style 6.4L transmission pan and filter conversion.

Note: This manifold is only intended for trucks that have already installed the Ford Job 2 5R110W transmission pan and filter used on 2008.5-2010 6.4L Power Stroke models. The factory 6.0L transmission filter in the pan is more of a screen for larger debris and will not properly filter the transmission fluid by itself if this manifold is installed without the 6.4L pan and filter conversion.
Fitment Verification: Before ordering, inspect the filter housing area in front of the A/C compressor. On 2005-2007 coil spring trucks, all four fittings are the same quick disconnect size. Early 2003-2004 leaf spring trucks use a different housing style with brass hose barbs on the side closest to the front of the truck and quick disconnect fittings closest to the A/C compressor.
