Product Description
CNC Fabrication 423007 94.5-98.5 7.3L Billet Plenums - Red
The CNC Fabrication 423007 Billet Intake Plenum Set is a premium upgrade for 1994.5-Early 1999 Ford 7.3L Power Stroke diesel engines. Manufactured from high-strength 6061-T6511 aircraft-grade aluminum and CNC machined in-house, these billet plenums replace the factory stamped steel units with a stronger, more durable design capable of handling increased boost pressure and performance demands.
Unlike the factory sheet metal plenums that can deform around the center inlet port when tightening intercooler boot clamps, the CNC Fabrication billet plenums feature thicker wall construction for improved strength and sealing performance. Finished in a durable red powder coat and supplied with installation hardware and sealant, this kit is an excellent upgrade for stock, towing, and high-performance 7.3L Power Stroke applications.

FAQ
What are the benefits of billet intake plenums over factory plenums?
Billet intake plenums are significantly stronger than the factory stamped steel units and resist deformation under higher boost pressures. They also provide a cleaner appearance and improved durability.
Will these fit my 1995 7.3L Power Stroke?
Yes. While many 1994.5-1995 engines use an 8-bolt configuration, these plenums are designed to work on both 8-bolt and 10-bolt applications.
Are installation hardware and sealant included?
Yes. The kit includes a complete bolt and nut kit along with a tube of Permatex Ultra Gray RTV sealant.
Will these work with aftermarket HPOP and fuel line kits?
Yes. The CNC Fabrication billet plenums are designed to be compatible with aftermarket HPOP line kits and aftermarket fuel system upgrades.
What torque should be used during installation?
CNC Fabrication recommends tightening the plenum bolts to 20 ft-lbs while working from the center outward.
Are these made in the USA?
Yes. These billet intake plenums are CNC machined in-house by CNC Fabrication and proudly manufactured in the United States.
