The CNC Fabrication 423004 Billet Intake Plenum Kit is a premium upgrade for 1994.5-Early 1999 Ford 7.3L Power Stroke engines. Precision machined from high-strength 6061-T6511 aircraft-grade aluminum, these billet plenums replace the factory stamped steel units with a stronger, more durable design capable of handling higher boost pressures and demanding diesel performance applications.
Unlike factory sheet metal plenums that can deform when tightening intercooler boot clamps, the CNC Fabrication billet plenums feature thicker walls and a rigid construction that helps maintain a proper seal under boost. Designed and manufactured in-house in the USA, this kit includes mounting hardware and Permatex Ultra Gray RTV sealant for installation, making it an excellent upgrade for stock, towing, performance, and competition-oriented 7.3L Power Stroke builds.
