I'm sure most of you have noticed that our phones have been off since the start of Covid. We got super busy during Covid and needed to figure out a way to make our staff more productive. We decided to shut down the phones and everyone was dedicated to doing emails to reach more customers. This actually has been a huge help because we are reaching more customers and improving our customer service.
