The BD DIESEL 2023144 Exhaust Brake is engineered to deliver superior engine braking performance for 1999–2003 Ford 7.3L Power Stroke applications using an air-actuated turbo-mount design. This performance exhaust brake replaces the rear portion of the waste-gated turbo housing and uses BD’s exclusive Variable Orifice Technology to generate back pressure that helps slow the vehicle, reducing wear on the service brakes during heavy towing or downhill driving.

An air compressor is included where applicable to power the actuator, and all mounting hardware is corrosion-resistant stainless steel for long-term durability.
