The BD DIESEL 1500388 Fuel Pressure Control Spring (Blue) is an easy, cost-effective fuel system upgrade for 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke engines. Over time, the factory fuel pressure regulator spring can weaken, leading to low fuel pressure, rough running, injector stiction, hard starts, and reduced injector life. This upgraded blue spring increases fuel pressure to a more stable range to help restore drivability and extend injector reliability.
This is a direct replacement spring for the fuel pressure regulator. Installation is quick and requires no tuning. If you’re running mild performance upgrades or simply want to protect expensive injectors, this is one of the most proven maintenance upgrades for the 6.0L Power Stroke platform.
