The BD DIESEL 1064654SM Roadmaster 5R110 Transmission and Converter Package is a complete heavy-duty replacement designed for 2008–2010 Ford F-250 / F-350 6.4L Power Stroke trucks with 4WD. Built for stock and work-truck applications, this Roadmaster package restores smooth, confident shifting while correcting common 5R110 failure points such as runaway reverse pressure, gear slipping, and case lug damage.
This package includes the complete Roadmaster 5R110 transmission, a matched ProForce torque converter, and key internal upgrades designed to improve durability and service life. A hardened pressure regulator valve helps prevent runaway reverse pressure and slipping. Aluminum valve body pressure plugs replace factory plastic plugs to eliminate blowout risk. The included deep sump transmission pan increases fluid capacity for better cooling and improved temperature control under towing and daily work conditions.
