The BD DIESEL 1064462 TowMaster 5R110 Transmission is a heavy-duty replacement transmission engineered for 2003–2004 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke 2WD applications equipped with the slip yoke driveshaft mount. The factory 5R110 TorqShift transmission was designed for stock power levels, but towing, heavy hauling, fleet use, and daily driving wear can quickly expose weak points. BD’s TowMaster transmission upgrades critical components to help increase durability, improve shift control, and extend service life.
This TowMaster unit includes BD’s heavy-duty deep aluminum transmission pan for increased fluid capacity and cooling, and it is built with upgraded internals and valve body improvements to maintain clutch holding power and shift consistency.
