The BD DIESEL 1064072SS Roadmaster Transmission and Converter Package is the premium reliability upgrade for 1995–1997 Ford F-250/F-350 trucks with the 7.3L Power Stroke and E4OD transmission (2WD). Designed for stock or mildly modified trucks, this complete package delivers stronger clutch holding power, improved converter performance, and reduced heat — making it an ideal solution for towing, daily driving, and work-truck duty.
The Roadmaster build features a modified valve body that improves clutch pack torque capacity and increases converter charge pressure to reduce slip under load. It also includes a billet ProForce torque converter for reliable lockup apply and towing confidence. A BD Diesel deep aluminum pan adds approximately 6 additional quarts of fluid capacity to help control temperatures during heavy towing and extended operation. Every unit is dyno-tested prior to shipping for performance verification.
