The BD DIESEL 1050335 Venom Fuel Lift Pump With Filter & Separator is a high-flow fuel supply upgrade for 2003–2004.5 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 trucks with the 5.9L Cummins. Designed to eliminate factory fuel limitations and stabilize fuel pressure under load, the Venom lift pump delivers consistent supply to your injection pump to help improve drivability, reduce fuel starvation, and protect expensive fuel system components.
This Venom system features a compact design with sealed ball bearing support for smooth, quiet operation and long service life. A diaphragm-style fuel pressure regulator (preset to 15–18 PSI) provides better efficiency and more stable pressure than typical ball-and-seat regulators, helping maintain pressure as fuel demand increases. With up to 165 GPH available flow, the Venom pump is capable of supporting builds from stock all the way up to 900 horsepower with the proper supporting modifications.
