The BD DIESEL 1050231 OEM Replacement Lift Pump is a direct bolt-on stock replacement designed for 2003–2004.5 Dodge 5.9L Cummins diesel applications. If your factory lift pump is weak, failing, or causing hard starts and low supply pressure, this BD Diesel replacement restores the correct fuel supply to support proper injection pump operation and consistent drivability.
