Upgrade your 7.3L with the BD DIESEL 1047511 Turbo Thruster II Kit, a direct bolt-on turbocharger engineered for 1999.5–2003 Ford 7.3L Power Stroke pickup trucks (not E-Series). Designed to outperform the factory GTP38 turbo, the Turbo Thruster II delivers stronger boost response, improved airflow, reduced EGT, and cleaner acceleration without compressor surge. This turbo features BD’s Ballistic Billet 66mm compressor wheel and is built to support up to 525 HP with supporting modifications.

Built for durability and long service life, this turbocharger includes a custom-designed 360-degree thrust bearing, heavy wall backplate to minimize heat, and BD’s heavy duty wastegate to control maximum boost pressure. The 0.84 A/R turbine housing helps reduce smoke and temperatures during acceleration while improving drivability. This replacement turbocharger is serviceable and includes a new oil-resistant intake hose and clamp.
