The BD DIESEL 1047115 Turbo Turnbuckle is the easiest way to fine-tune your wastegate rod adjustment on 1999.5–2007 Ford 7.3L and 6.0L Power Stroke applications equipped with an aftermarket turbo or aftermarket wastegate. With this adjustable turnbuckle installed, you can increase or decrease wastegate throw in seconds—without removing the wastegate assembly.
Machined from stainless steel for corrosion resistance, the swivel design helps avoid oil return drain interference and prevents rubbing during adjustment. This turnbuckle is commonly used on BD performance turbo and wastegate kits, and it is an excellent upgrade for earlier BD kits or other aftermarket turbo setups where quick wastegate adjustment is desired.
