The BD DIESEL 1043900 Up-Pipes Kit is a premium replacement for the factory exhaust up-pipes on 1999.5–2003 Ford 7.3L Power Stroke trucks including F-250, F-350, Excursion, and E-350 applications. Factory up-pipes and crush donuts are prone to leakage as they age, leading to exhaust leaks, loss of turbo drive pressure, and higher exhaust gas temperatures. This BD Diesel kit is engineered to eliminate those issues with a more durable design and corrosion-resistant materials.

Constructed with high-silicon ductile iron Y-adapter and 2″ 304 stainless steel piping, this up-pipes kit uses internally shielded expansion bellows to reduce the chance of burn-out and improve corrosion resistance versus aluminized or mild steel designs. Crush donuts are replaced with stainless-steel gaskets for extended sealing life, and the larger diameter piping maximizes heat transfer to the turbo for improved efficiency.
