The BD DIESEL 1043008 6.7L Power Stroke Exhaust Manifold Kit is the heavy-duty solution for one of the most common 6.7L Power Stroke failure points: cracked or warped factory exhaust manifolds. This complete kit is engineered for maximum thermal durability, improved sealing, and long-term reliability in high heat, towing, and commercial duty applications.

Each manifold is crafted from a 0.275" thick-walled Hi-Silicon ductile iron casting — approximately 75% thicker than OEM — to resist cracking and warping from extreme exhaust temperatures. Thermal durability is further improved with longer exhaust studs, thick black-oxide coated spacers, and thicker machined bolting flanges for consistent sealing. This set is fully EGR compatible and includes the gaskets and hardware you need for a complete install.
