The BD DIESEL 1043007 6.7L Power Stroke Exhaust Manifold Kit is the long-term solution for one of the most common 6.7 Power Stroke failure points: cracked manifolds, warped sealing surfaces, and broken exhaust studs. Designed for 2011–2014 F250/F350 pickups and 2011–2016 F350/F450/F550 Cab-Chassis, this complete kit delivers superior durability and improved sealing under high EGT conditions.

BD builds these manifolds using a heavy-duty 0.275" thick-wall high-silicon ductile casting (approximately 75% thicker than OE) to retain heat, resist warping, and prevent cracking from extreme exhaust temperatures. Thermal durability is improved with longer exhaust studs and spacers plus thicker machined bolting flanges for stronger sealing and reduced leak risk. This kit is fully EGR compatible and includes the gaskets needed for a complete repair.
