The BD DIESEL 1041240 6.4L Power Stroke Flexplate is a premium upgrade for Ford Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.4L Power Stroke and 5R110W automatic transmission. This billet machined flexplate is built 1.5× thicker than the stock unit, with integrated counterweights and a precision balance to OE specifications for strength and durability under heavy torque loads.
Manufactured from quench and tempered steel for high tensile strength and heat-treated for long service life, this BD Diesel flexplate provides increased resistance to cracking and deformation compared with factory stamped units. The black oxide coating enhances corrosion resistance and helps prevent hydrogen embrittlement. This direct-fit flexplate accepts both OEM and aftermarket torque converters and is an excellent choice for towing, high-performance builds, or stock rebuilds.
