The BD DIESEL 1036765 E-PAS Positive Air Shut-Off provides an advanced emergency engine airflow shutdown system for Chevy and GMC 2500HD, 3500HD, 4500HD, 5500HD, and 6500HD trucks equipped with the 6.6L Duramax L5P diesel engine from 2024 onward. This electronic Positive Air Shutdown (E-PAS) system is designed to rapidly and safely stop engine airflow in rare but severe runaway conditions caused by external hydrocarbon ingestion or uncontrolled overspeeding.
