The BD DIESEL 1031315 Allison Electronic Pressure Controller is a proven upgrade for 2011–2016 Chevy/GMC 6.6L Duramax LML trucks equipped with the Allison 1000 transmission. As power, load, and towing demand increase, factory line pressure strategies can fall short—leading to clutch slip and heat. This controller increases line pressure under boost to improve holding power and help protect your Allison during towing, heavy hauling, and performance driving.
Unlike “always-on” solenoid tricks, the BD controller is designed to be boost-activated, helping reduce unnecessary heat and harshness during normal driving while delivering higher pressure when you’re actually in the throttle.
