The BD DIESEL 1030606-5/8 Xtrude Transmission Cooler with Fan Complete Kit is engineered for heavy-duty transmission cooling on vehicles with 5/8-inch cooler lines. Its micro-extruded passages provide a large surface area for efficient heat transfer, helping maintain lower transmission oil temperatures and better performance under tow, load, or prolonged driving conditions.
This complete kit includes the Xtrude cooler with large 5/8-inch ports to minimize restriction, a thermostatically controlled 80-watt electric fan to actively maintain optimum temperatures, and all fittings, hoses, clamps, wiring harness with relay and fuse, and hardware required for installation. A build-your-own bracket kit is included for a clean install without cutting or fabrication.
