Product Description
ATI TTL95S is a DOT special-permit, 95-gallon, split (47/47) L-shaped aluminum refueling tank engineered to nest under a crossover/chest toolbox so you can haul two separate fuels and keep your bed storage. Built from .125" diamond-plate aluminum, it’s fully baffled, pressure/leak-tested, and ready for legal refueling when installed and used per ATI guidance.
Key Features
- Split design: two isolated 47-gallon compartments (47/47) for refueling two liquids.
- L-shape profile fits beneath most crossover/chest toolboxes; reversible install option for removal without pulling the toolbox.
- .125" aluminum construction, fully baffled interior for stability.
- Vented filler cap; lockable vented cap available.
- Two 2" NPT reinforced bungs; 3/8" NPT drain; hold-down tabs included.
- Approved under a U.S. DOT special permit for gasoline, diesel, kerosene, methanol, and aviation fuel (follow all local regulations).
Fitment
Universal pickup bed fit—common for full-size truck beds. Designed to work with a crossover/chest toolbox; the lower “L” section sits beneath the box. Always verify bed and toolbox clearances before ordering.

FAQ
- Is the TTL95S DOT approved for gasoline as well as diesel?
- Yes. Under ATI’s DOT special permit, the TTL95S is authorized for gasoline, diesel, kerosene, methanol, and aviation fuel. Always follow local regulations and ATI’s usage guidance.
- Does this tank include pumps or hoses?
- No. The tank ships with mounting tabs and a standard vented cap. Add a compatible 12V transfer pump/hoses as needed.
- Will it fit with my crossover toolbox?
- The lower “L” section is designed to fit under most standard crossover/chest boxes. Measure your box and bed; the tank can also be installed reversed so it can be removed without removing the toolbox.
- What exact dimensions should I plan around?
- Plan for ~48.5" (W) x 33" (L) x 26" (H) overall, with sub-measures A=9", E=11", F=17", G=22". Tabs can add ~1.5" per side; cap adds ~2.5" to height.
- Is the interior baffled?
- Yes. The tank is fully baffled to reduce fuel movement and improve stability.
