ARP 150-5802 MAIN STUD KIT – 2008–2010 FORD 6.4L POWER STROKE

The ARP 150-5802 Main Stud Kit replaces factory main cap bolts with premium 8740 chromoly studs and 12-point hardware for consistent, repeatable clamp load under towing, tuning and hard use. Studs reduce block thread wear, improve main cap alignment, and combat fretting/cap walk so your Ford 6.4 Power Stroke stays reliable on the street or the jobsite. Includes hardened parallel-ground washers and ARP Ultra-Torque lube packet for proper installation.

Studs provide more accurate torque and repeatable clamping, reduce thread wear in the block, and help keep main caps aligned under load.
DOES IT INCLUDE NUTS, WASHERS, AND LUBE?
Yes—studs, 12-point nuts, hardened parallel-ground washers, and ARP Ultra-Torque assembly lubricant are included.
WHAT TOOLS DO I NEED?
11/16" 12-point socket for nuts and 3/16" Allen for the studs (per ARP). Always follow the ARP torque sequence and specs.
WILL THIS FIT ALL 6.4L POWER STROKE MODELS?
Yes—fits 2008–2010 6.4L Power Stroke applications noted above. Always verify VIN “R”.
WHAT OTHER ARP HARDWARE SHOULD I ADD DURING A BUILD?
