Direct-replacement high-pressure lift pump for 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke. The AirDog Raptor-4G RP-150 delivers stable, internally regulated fuel pressure and flow without a return line, mounting cleanly on the frame rail with OE-style quick-connects for a fast, professional install. Optimized for stock to moderately modified trucks at 150 GPH.

FAQs

Will this pump work with a tuned or mildly upgraded 6.0L?

Yes. At 150 GPH with an adjustable regulator, it supports stock to moderately modified trucks. Always verify fuel pressure at the heads after installation.

Do I need to run a return line?

No. The RP-4G pump is internally regulated and does not require a return line on this application.

What else should I replace during install?

We recommend installing fresh filtration (see FF100-2 and WS100) and monitoring fuel pressure after priming.

Where does it mount?

On the inside of the frame rail using the supplied sandwich-plate brackets and OE-style quick-connect fittings for a clean, protected install.
