Product Description
AIRDOG R4SBD361 RP-4G-150 is the in-tank Raptor 4G 150 GPH lift pump engineered for the 2003–2004 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L Cummins 24V (CP3). The frame-rail-mounted pump works with the included Fuel Module Upgrade Kit to draw fuel through a factory-style 1/2" bulkhead fitting, bypassing the stock in-tank lift pump for stronger, steadier supply. Internal regulation means no return line required, and the 4G motor delivers quiet, reliable performance for stock to moderately modified trucks.

FAQ
Will this replace the factory in-tank lift pump on my 2003–2004 Cummins?
Yes. The included Fuel Module Upgrade Kit draws through a 1/2" bulkhead fitting and bypasses the OE in-tank lift pump while the Raptor-4G mounts to the frame rail.
Do I need to run a return line?
No. This RP-4G-150 system uses internal regulation and does not require a return line.
How much power can 150 GPH support?
It’s ideal for stock to moderately modified builds. If you’re planning bigger injectors or compounds, consider stepping up to an AirDog II-5G system.
Is a pressure gauge recommended?
Yes—monitor base pressure at the filter housing after install to confirm regulator setting and line routing.
