Airdog R4SBD050 RP-4G-100 Raptor Fuel Pump – 100 GPH Performance & Reliability
The R4SBD050 RP-4G-100 is engineered for the 2004.5–2018 Common Rail Cummins 5.9L/6.7L 24V. It mounts on the frame with a sandwich plate and uses a fuel module upgrade kit to pull through a 1/2" bulkhead fitting, bypassing the factory in-tank lift pump. Internal regulation simplifies plumbing—no return line needed. Factory preset pressure is approximately 15–17 PSI for stock applications, adjustable for fine tuning. 100 GPH flow supports stock to lightly modified trucks. (See installation manual for details.)
