Max fueling for big-power 24V builds. The AirDog II-5G DF-220-5G (A7SABD528) is a 220 GPH demand-flow lift pump and air/fuel separation system built for heavily modified 1998.5–2004 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L Cummins 24-valve trucks (VP44 & early CP3). It mounts on the frame via the included sandwich-plate bracket, pulls through a 5/8" draw straw, bypasses the factory filter housing, and returns separated air/vapor to the tank for smooth, consistent rail pressure and cleaner combustion.

Is DF-220-5G overkill for my truck?
DF-220-5G is sized for big-power builds that truly need 220 GPH. If you’re near stock or mildly modified, consider DF-100-5G or DF-165-5G (see Cross-Reference above).
Does this kit replace the factory lift pump and filters?
Yes. The system supplies filtered, de-aerated fuel directly to the injection pump and returns separated air/vapor to the tank, bypassing the factory filter housing.
Will it work with an in-tank conversion?
Yes. This kit is designed for VP44/early CP3 trucks; confirm your tank setup and follow the included instructions for the draw-straw and return routing.
