Overview: The AirDog I-4G FP-100 (A4SPBD106) is a 100 GPH lift pump and air/fuel separation system engineered for 2019–2023 RAM 2500/3500 trucks with the 6.7L Cummins. It mounts to the frame using the included sandwich-plate bracket, draws fuel via a 1/2" draw straw to bypass the in-tank pump, feeds the OEM filter housing, and returns air/vapor to the tank via the filler-neck tee for quieter, cleaner, more consistent fuel delivery.

Will this work with my stock fuel system and tune?
Yes. FP-100-4G supports stock to ~500 HP builds and integrates with the OEM filter housing. No tuning is required.
Do I have to drop the tank to install the draw straw?
The included high-flow suction tube is installed into the tank module; most installers lower the tank for access. Follow the AirDog instructions for the safest method.
What pressure does the system run?
The Original AirDog uses a ball-and-spring regulator (approx. 15 psi on this application). Pressure is not externally adjustable.
How often should I service the filters?
Follow AirDog’s filter service guidance and your operating conditions. Inspect regularly and replace per the maintenance interval in the manual.
