Overview
The AirDog® FP-150-4G (P/N A4SPBC191) is a 150 GPH original AirDog frame-mounted lift pump engineered specifically for the 2015–2016 Chevrolet Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500HD & 3500HD with the 6.6L Duramax LML. It removes air/vapor and contaminants, feeds clean, regulated fuel to the CP4 injection pump, and returns separated air back to the tank for smoother idle, stronger throttle response, and improved component longevity.

No. The system mounts to the frame and uses a supplied draw-straw and filler-neck return as outlined in the install manual.

What maintenance is required?

Follow AirDog filter service intervals in the manual and adjust based on fuel quality/usage. Replace fuel and water separator elements as needed.

Will this help protect the CP4?
