Built for LML Performance: The AIRDOG A4SPBC189 FP-150-4G is a 150 GPH air/fuel separation lift pump engineered specifically for the 2011–2014 Chevrolet Silverado/GMC Sierra 2500HD & 3500HD with the 6.6L Duramax LML. It mounts cleanly on the frame in front of the tank and uses a 1/2" draw straw, feeding the factory line to the CP4 injection pump for consistent, purified fuel delivery.

Will this FP-150-4G support my tuned LML?
Yes. The 150 GPH flow rate is ideal for moderate-to-high power builds that demand more consistent supply pressure than stock.
Do I need tuning after installing this pump?
No tuning is required to operate the lift pump itself. If you are changing injectors or making powertrain calibrations, follow your tuner’s guidance.
Where does it mount and how does it plumb?
It mounts to the frame in front of the tank, uses a 1/2" draw straw from the tank, feeds the factory line to the CP4, and returns excess fuel to the tank via a filler-neck tee.
What filters should I keep on hand?
Use the WS100 water separator and the FF100-2 2-micron fuel filter. Inspect regularly and replace per conditions.
How is this different from FP-100-4G and the II-5G systems?
FP-150-4G provides higher flow than FP-100-4G for more demanding builds. AirDog II-5G systems (DF-165/DF-220) use the newer 5G architecture and come in higher flow ratings.
