AIRDOG A4SPBC187 FP-150-4G AIR/FUEL SEPARATION SYSTEM FOR 1992–2000 GM 6.5L DIESEL
The AirDog A4SPBC187 FP-150-4G is a 150 GPH frame-mounted air/fuel separation lift pump engineered for the 1992–2000 Chevy/GMC 6.5L diesel. It removes entrained air, vapor, water, and particulates before fuel reaches the injection pump to improve throttle response, protect injectors, and stabilize fuel pressure under load.
- Proven 4G motor with high-flow return base
- 150 GPH flow for stock to heavy-duty builds
- Complete install kit: frame sandwich plates, cradle, wiring, suction tube (FP-150), lines & fittings
- Uses AirDog WS100 water separator and FF100-2 2-micron fuel filter
- CARB EO D-595-5 (check local compliance)
