Product Description

Airdog A4SPBC185 FP-100-4G is a 100 GPH original AirDog system for 2001–2010 Chevy/GMC Duramax 6.6L LB7/LLY/LBZ. It mounts to the frame rail with the included sandwich-plate bracket, draws from the factory module suction port, feeds clean, de-aerated fuel to the CP3, and returns air/vapor to the tank via a filler-neck tee. This is one of the easiest Duramax lift pumps to install and a proven way to stabilize supply pressure and extend component life.

Is 100 GPH enough for bolt-ons and towing tunes?

Yes—for stock to mild builds, FP-100-4G is ideal. If you plan larger injectors/turbo or higher sustained rail pressure, step up to II-5G DF-165-5G or DF-220-5G.

Does the kit require dropping the tank?

No. FP-100-4G uses the factory module suction port and returns air/vapor through the filler-neck tee per the manual.

What pressure does the original AirDog regulate to?

The original AirDog (4G) regulates around 8–10 PSI at the filter base using a ball-and-spring return circuit (see manual).
