Protect your AirDog-equipped diesel with this universal low-pressure indicator kit. The light illuminates when fuel pressure drops below ~5 PSI so you can shut down before damaging injectors, CP3/HPFP, or your AirDog lift pump.

• Universal – works with any AirDog / AirDog II / AirDog II-4G / AirDog II-5G fuel system that uses the 1/8" NPT pressure port.

Will this work with my truck if I already have an AirDog system?

Yes. This kit is universal for AirDog fuel systems and uses the built-in pressure port to monitor fuel pressure. If your pump has the 1/8" NPT port, you’re good to go.

What pressure does the warning light trigger at?

The included switch is set to trigger at approximately 5 PSI, giving you time to address restrictions, clogged filters, or a failing lift pump before damage occurs.

Do I need anything else to install it?

No special parts are required. The kit includes the pressure switch, light, faceplate, wiring, and elbow adapter. You’ll tap the 1/8" NPT pressure port on your AirDog and wire the light in-cab.

Will this void my warranty?

Using the OEM pressure port and the included components does not typically affect warranty coverage, but always follow the official AirDog installation instructions linked above.
