The FASS FASF16290G Adjustable Diesel Fuel Lift Pump 290G for 2008-2010 Ford Powerstroke 6.4L is a top-of-the-line fuel system designed for high performance Ford Powerstroke engines. This Signature Series system is engineered to meet the demands of race or competition diesel engines, offering customizable fuel pressures ranging from 1-75 PSI to optimize fuel delivery.

Featuring a robust motor similar to our Titanium Signature Series Systems, this fuel system can deliver an impressive 290 gallons of diesel fuel per hour. The built-in boost compensation port ensures consistent fuel pressures even under full throttle conditions, maintaining peak performance when you need it most.

Crafted from durable 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum, the Bulkhead fitting doubles as a suction tube and return, incorporating a 5/8 inch Suction Tube and a 1/2 inch Fuel Return Port for efficient fuel distribution. The PTFE Teflon pickup tube can be easily adjusted to accommodate varying fuel tank depths, allowing safe operation down to approximately 1/8 tank of fuel.

Key features of the Powerstroke Adjustable High-Performance System include Whisper Technology for quiet operation, a built-in fuel pressure gauge port, and all necessary mounting hardware for easy installation. Please note that this fuel system is designed for use with your factory fuel filter and should only be adjusted if a fuel pressure gauge is installed for accurate monitoring.
