Description

This is our 2/3 kit for 99-02 24V Dodge Cummins. It makes the transition to compound (twin) turbos easy. You use your S300 2nd Gen T3 gated turbo, and we supply the rest. These kits take the guess work out of selecting the right combo. No more staring at your EGT gauge or smoking out the neighborhood. Get better MPGs from increased efficiency as well. These kits are easy to install and a joy to drive. You do not have to move your AC, batteries, or even the auto heat exchanger! Get tire roasting, load pulling, worry free performance right out of the box!


*head studs and transmission/clutch upgrades are recommended to match available power range.

 
Includes all piping and parts needed (see list), PLUS a new S475/96/1.32 T6 v-band turbo. This turbo pairs ideally with a 362 or 363 or 364 S300 SX or SXE style turbo, and with proper fueling is rated from stock up to 750hp.
This kit will come with a new 475 96/1.32 T6 turbo with upgraded internals and a billet wheel and covers made for us by Forced Inductions and comes with a 6-month warranty.

Kit includes:
Heavy duty hot pipe (regular hot pipe coated in high heat ceramic paint)
1-piece metal cold pipe,
Intercooler pipe,
Full 5" intake pipe,
4" or 5"* down pipe,
Stainless top and bottom turbo oil feed lines,
Top and bottom turbo oil drain lines,
Billet block or pan drain fitting,
Bottom turbo support bracket,
Top turbo spacer plate,
Quality name-brand large high flow filter,
SS Vband clamps,
SS T-bar clamps,

As you'd expect, 5 inch downpipes are a tight fit, due to variations in trucks you may need need to modify your firewall slightly.

NOTE: S300 must be machined to accept factory elbow.
