CPP offers the Hamilton Cams Flat Tappet Conversion Kit With Camshaft 07-CC-24V19+ that will replace the factory hydraulic roller lifters and camshaft in your truck. This kit features steel flat tappets with a DLC coating that offers low friction and high hardness while also providing corrosion resistance. The Adjustable Rocker Arms included in this kit feature trunnions with the DLC coating and deliver improved oiling. A 178/208 Efficiency camshaft and upgraded pushrods ensure your valvetrain is restored and ready to provide many years of reliable service
