Shipping & Returns
Once your order is placed, it will be processed immediately unless order is placed after hours, holidays and weekends. Items will usually ship same day if the order is placed before 2pm EST but some parts may be drop shipped from the manufacturer if out of stock. Although we try to have them shipped right away, we cannot guarantee same day shipment from the manufacturer on drop shipped items. Please call before placing your order to verify that your part can be shipped immediately. If you need a part fast, please let us know. Overnight shipping is available upon request. All order cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. CPP does not refund shipping charges if an order is cancelled unless the order has not shipped. If an item has shipped, customer is responsible for all fees associated with rerouting the shipment back to us. Customer is responsible for return shipping of items back to CPP or the manufacturer. Please understand that at times we get overwhelmed with orders and parts might not ship until the following day. We do our best to ship as fast as possible. You can send us an email and request ship date at any time before placing your order. CPP offers free shipping on orders over $50 (see details below).
CPP will only ship to supplied billing address. The address that is supplied must match the credit card being used. If you need your item shipped to a different address, you will be required to send a copy of your ID and credit card to CPP before your order ships. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

Customer Return Process
You will need to take the following steps to submit a return request:
1. Sign into your account (located at the top right of this screen)
2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) on the right.
3. Fill out the following items on the return request:
- Quantity to return
- Return reason
- Return action optional
- Comments optional
4. Click Submit Return Request.
Once your return is submitted we will receive the request. You will receive notifications with any updates. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond. Our business hours a 9-5 EST M-F
If you unable to locate the "Return Items" link, you can also request a return by calling 724-785-4022 (extension 2). We submit the request performing these same steps listed above. This allows us to keep track of returns better and provides instant notifications to customers as a return is updated.
A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required, and must be written on the outside of the package being returned.
- Returns must be packaged securely
- Packages received without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outer carton will be refused credit and the package returned to sender.
- Returnable items must be received by CPP within 15 days of the product being received. (determined by UPS Tracking info)
- Returned product must be in new, re-saleable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc.
- Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused or a restocking fee of 20% may be assessed.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products.
Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued:
- Product has been installed and/or used
- Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
- Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts
- Product serial number does not match that of which was shipped to buyer
- Product is deemed not resellable by CPP due to customers own actions in dealing with the product
Shipments refused by you the customer and returned back to CPP will carry an automatic 20% restocking fee deducted from the total credit owed.
Core credit returns will be accepted within 30 days after being received (based on UPS tracking). After 30 days, core credit refunds will be at the discretion of CPP.
To return your product core for credit, first drain all fluids, if any, from the product. Then fill out the Return Form. CPP will email you with an RMA number and detailed return instructions. Please wait for return instructions before shipping any cores. Many cores will be sent directly to the manufacturer. Any cores that are sent to CPP instead of the manufacturer will be charged a shipping fee to forward the package to the manufacturer.
You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred in shipping the core.
Cores that have been disassembled or have missing and/or damaged major components will not receive full core credit.
Custom Order Policy / Non-Returnable Items
Estimated times of arrivals are not guaranteed. Special order items are non-cancellable/non-returnable. These items include engines, cylinder heads, traction bars, special mounting brackets, injectors, bumpers, push bars, hand throttle mounts, flycut pistons, engine rebuild kits, conversion adapter plates, hellman intakes and ALL electrical items.
The following items made by Stainless Diesel cannot be cancelled or returned: u-build it downpipes, piping kits, twin turbo kits, single swap kits
ALL ITEMS from the following manufacturers as well: Crazy Carl, Fusion, Flo-Pro, RCD Suspension, Joker, Pusher and Fox Shocks
Back orders, production issues and delays in transit do occur.

Free Shipping Over $50 Exclusions
Free shipping over $50 only applies to orders than can be shipped UPS Ground to the lower 48 of the USA. Any items that must be shipped using a freight service are excluded. These items include: hoods, engines, cylinder heads, transmissions, fuel tanks, cranks, bumpers, transfer cases, mounted wheels & tires and anything over 150 lbs or oversize dimensions.

***ANY COMPLAINTS ON PUBLIC FORUMS AND SOCIAL NETWORKS WILL NOT BE TAKEN LIGHTLY! IF YOU POST NEGATIVELY, OR HAVE A FRIEND POST NEGATIVELY, THEN CALL TO MAKE A RETURN OR WARRANTY CLAIM, YOU WILL BE DENIED! CPP WILL DO ALL WE CAN TO HELP OUR CUSTOMERS, BUT COMPLAINING ON FORUMS WITHOUT GIVING US A CHANCE TO FIX YOUR ISSUE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND HIGHLY OFFENSIVE!
**ALL ENGINE SALES AND CYLINDER HEAD AND TRANSMISSION SALES ARE FINAL!**
No returns or cancellations on engines and cylinder heads! If you try to cancel any orders of engines, heads by cancelling payment, CPP will turn the order into collections immediately and customer is responsible for ALL charges. At this time, CPP will pursue legal action to collect payment plus fees.
