Performance Diesel Inc has forged new exhaust manifolds of High Molysiliconductile material, the same material used to cast turbo housings. Allowing both the manifold and turbo housing to cool at similar rates, reducing the risk of warping and cracking to the manifold in key locations. Each manifold is designed with a ball seal at each joint eliminating exhaust leaks, while allowing the metal to expand as the manifold heats up. With an increase in airflow and a decrease in exhaust gas temperatures the overall performance of your truck will be improved, showing more horsepower and torque. Also as an added benefit Performance Diesel Inc. is replacing all stock bolts used to hold the turbo to the manifold with quality studs to prevent bolt breakage, caused by stress and heat. Manifold features 1- 1/8 NPT port for pyrometer reading.
