It is an OEM replacement clamp for the 2003-2018 Dodge Ram trucks with the 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins Diesel engines using he341/he351 and he351vgt turbochargers. The INTERSTATE MCBEE M-3896337 Cummins 3896337 is a 4.69" V band clamp that attaches the factory exhaust elbow to the he341/he351 turbocharger.
