EXHAUST SYSTEM AND COMPONENTS

The exhaust system on your 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992 and 1993 Dodge Ram D250 and D350 truck is very restrictive when upgrading your 5.9L 12v Cummins diesel engine for more power. That is why CPP offers upgraded oversized exhaust systems in 4" and 5" including exhaust system components like downpipes, 22, 45, and 90 degree elbows, clamps, flanges, exhaust manifolds and v-band clamps. We also have exhaust brakes from Pacbrake, and Bd Diesel as well  for those who are hauling heavy loads.

If an exhaust manifold is what you need, look no further. We stock manifolds from Stainless Diesel, Bd Diesel, ATS Diesel, PDI Manifolds, AFE Power and DPS as well. You will need to know which turbo that you are installing and what the flange size is to order the correct manifold. They are available in all of the popular sizes including t3, t4 and t6. All Dodge Cummins engines came from the factory with a t3 manifold up until 2007 when the new 6.7L engine was released. The 6.7L came with a variable vane vgt turbo and they have a t4i flange.
