The GT Series BladeRunner Intercooler Kit for the Ford F-250/350 11-16 V8-6.7L (td) is a direct bolt in, reusing the factory mounting locations, for an easy install.

4-1/2" Bar and Plate Core Design
Outflows the Factory Intercooler by up to 20%
Heavy-Duty Billet Aluminum Inlet and Outlet
1/8" NPT Ports are Provided for Connecting Sensors or Water Methanol Injection
Includes Premium Clamps and Silicone Coolant Hoses for Long Life, Perfect Fit, and Strength
Works with the Factory Charge Pipes

End Tanks:
BladeRunner GT Series intercooler end tanks are constructed out of heavy-duty 3/16" TIG-welded aluminum plates.

Oversized Bar and Plate Core:
This BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler features a 4-1/2" bar and plate core that is extremely durable and allows for greater airflow over stock.

Billet Aluminum Fittings:
This BladeRunner Intercooler features billet aluminum inlet and outlets for superior strength and durability.

TIG-Welded:
100% TIG-welded for race proven strength and durability. TIG-welding provides the strongest welds, reducing stress cracks.
